Sweet and Sour Mocktail is a sweet and tangy mocktail that adds fun to your dinner menu! It is perfect with theP.F. Chang’s Home Menu®Sweet and Sour Chicken.
Welcome to Wok Wednesday! It is a thing. A thing where you cook in a wok on Wednesday. Hahaha but for real, it can add some fun flair to your mealtimes. I don’t know about you, but the holidays are always a crazy time at my house. Between work, family, parties, and more, dinner sometimes gets overlooked. I mean, it is embarrassing to admit, but all too often my kids end up with a bowl of cereal for dinner in December.
P.F. Chang’s Home Menu
Well not anymore, I am super excited because I am feeling a little inspired, especially for Wok Wednesday. Why? Because I found a great frozen food option that my whole family loves.P.F. Chang’s Home Menu® frozen meals and appetizers are awesome! They are made with authentic, made-from-scratch sauces and vibrant veggies. They smell great, taste great, and are so easy to cook. In about 10 minutes of time, I get dinner on the table. Place some chopsticks beside my kid’s plates and I am a real hero. I really love watching them try to eat with the chopsticks! How is that for an inspired Wok Wednesday?
Sweet and Sour Mocktail
And to shake things up a bit, and make things even more fun, I added a sweet and sour mocktail to the mix! After a long day, an easy stress free dinner, and a tasty mocktail leave me stress free, and helps me have more fun with my kids! A freezer meal is the perfect way to free up my time to spend more quality time with my family. And a tasty drink just plain makes me happy. Check out how easy this drink is to make:
The Sweet and Sour Chicken from theP.F. Chang’s Home Menu® inspired me to make a sweet and sour mocktail! It is fun, flavorful, and vibrant, just like the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu®. It has bold flavors that perfectly compliment dinner. Especially those crisp veggies and flavorful sauces.
I really enjoyed having a flavorful shortcut to toss into my wok. All the recipes are based on the P.F. Chang’s Bistro and co-developed with restaurant co-founder Philip Chiang. They took special care to ensure its meals are culturally authentic, creating sauces and flavors the way you would at home. It is restaurant quality food you can make right in your own kitchen.
So I challenge you to celebrate Wok Wednesday by stirring things up with P.F. Chang’s Home Menu and a Sweet and Sour Mocktail!
