It's the summer season and the heat is on. This is the perfect time to indulge in some of the yummy and delicious summer sandwiches. You can take these for camping or picnic or even enjoy it as a breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread or hoagie rolls
- 4 tablespoons butter divided
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of the bread. Press the bread on the skillet (butter side down)
Top with a slice of cheese.
Add a layer of cooked meat (ham or turkey or chicken or beef).
Add another layer of cheese.
Top with another slice of buttered bread.
