SALES VISIT - USED

Let me start off by saying that Jason Tootle is a fantastic salesman; personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Ethan Ewing seeks to make right any issues as well. 5 stars for those two. Ever fantastic salesman; personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Ethan Ewing seeks to make right any issues as well. 5 stars for those two. Everything else about my buying experience brings the rating down to one star. 6 days and 47 miles after I purchased my vehicle, it showed signs of transmission issues. I bring it in. Vaden refused to give me a loaner vehicle while mine was being looked at. I had to raise xxxx with a service manager just to get that. After a week of no updates, I call Vaden and they tell me it's the valve body and are sending it to another dealership for confirmation. 5 days later, I get a call from said secondary dealership. The vehicle needs a full transmission replacement. There were at least 6 codes relating to the transmission and at least 4 separate parts that were broken. Warranty says it's a preexisting condition of the vehicle and Vaden is responsible for repair costs. I call Vaden, explain that I would like to explore the option of just getting a new car. The vehicle was not worth the cost of a new transmission. They say OK, a sales associate will call me after they discuss cost of repairs. 2 WEEKS GO BY. No call. No nothing. My car has been in their possession for 3 full weeks. They decided to go ahead and replace my transmission. No sales associate called, emailed, texted, or sent a pigeon. Another week goes by. I call, they say it will be ready to pick up within a day or two. I finally get to pick it up. It's filthy inside with crumpled up floor protectors and various paper hangers from the dealerships. And they don't even have the decency to order your license plate for you. TL;DR would not recommend, fees are outrageous also, car needed a new transmission right off the lot but they "had no idea". At least Franklin Chevrolet called. More

SALES VISIT - NEW

Went into the dealership to look at a new 2022 Pathfinder with hopes to test drive and see one in person. After taking a look at it in person, fresh off the truck I was told I could come back the next day to with hopes to test drive and see one in person. After taking a look at it in person, fresh off the truck I was told I could come back the next day to test drive it. To the letter, I was there at 11 AM the next day to test drive with my wife and Jessica and Kira rode with us. The drive was amazing and so was the vehicle.Knowing I was only there to look at the vehicle and to get some information, I never felt pressured to make a purchase or felt like I was being treating by some rando off the block. Conversation about the vehicle was great and they were able to get me information incredibly fast. After driving it, Don, the sales manager mentioned being able to do a deal due to it being the last day of the month and after some talking we were able to drive the vehicle off the lot for just under the MSRP after all Tax,Title,Fees, Extended warranty, and trade-in was calculated.Overall it was the best and smoothest experiences I have ever had with a car purchase or with any dealer. SALES VISIT - USED

Stay Away!! I don't recommend doing business with General Sales Manager, Tim Canady, Salesperson, Amy Perdue or anyone else at Vaden of Statesboro. I specifically I don't recommend doing business with General Sales Manager, Tim Canady, Salesperson, Amy Perdue or anyone else at Vaden of Statesboro. I specifically recommend not using this service department as Service Manager, Robert Reagan has either built an incompetent service department or a department that just doesn’t care. My wife uses Vaden of Savannah to service her Escalade and we will be taking our money to Hilton Head Cadillac from this point forward. Every aspect of this dealership is built on unethical practices and immoral behaviors. This past December, I traded in a beautiful F-150 King Ranch for a used 2015 Tahoe in an effort to have more cabin space with two small children and a business that keeps me on the road daily. Vaden of Statesboro sent me home with a loaner vehicle so that they could have the vehicle thoroughly inspected and serviced prior to delivery. Delivery was taking a little longer than expected but my salesperson, Amy Perdue assured me that the vehicle was being properly inspected and serviced. A few hours after delivery I turned on the A/C only to find the air was blowing warm. I immediately contacted my salesperson Amy Perdue about the issue. I scheduled a service online and a few days later I took the vehicle to service at Vaden of Pooler. The condenser was found to be bad. In order for the repair to be made, Vaden of Statesboro had to authorize the repair because it had been less than a week since I purchased the vehicle. Initially, Vaden of Statesboro profusely refused to authorize the repair because they wanted it brought back to their shop. Mind you, I have an extended platinum warranty on the vehicle as well, but Vaden of Statesboro was still denying the claim. After arguing with them over the course of several hours, they finally approved for Vaden of Pooler to do the repair. Fast forward 2.5 months and I take the vehicle into Vaden of Pooler for routine service and brake recall issue. While performing the routine service the service tech informs me that the tires and rear brake pads are in very bad shape. He explained that the inside of the tires were bald and the rear brake pads were less than 3mm. My first question was, is this my fault and could I have caused this issue from my 2.5 months of ownership. I was assured that this was in no way my doing, that this issue was present well before I bought the vehicle and should have been corrected before it was purchased. It was clear to me at that point that Vaden of Statesboro did not service the vehicle nor did they inspect the vehicle properly before selling. Tim Canady, Amy Perdue, and Sean MacAulay were just worried about making a sale and Service Manager Robert Reagan clearly didn’t care what condition the vehicle was in before it was delivered. Having two small children this frustrates me to no end. This vehicle has not been safe for them to ride in since purchasing. I have since requested the General Motors Multi-Point Inspection report that was done prior to delivery. Tim Canady sent me a repair order from when the vehicle was in Brunswick so it seems as if there is not a GM MPI report on file in Statesboro for this vehicle. Vaden of Statesboro has offered to pay for half of the tires but nothing more. That still leaves me out of pocket over $1100 for an issue that should have been corrected prior to purchase. When I told Tim Canady that wasn’t acceptable his only reply was well that’s all that they are willing to offer. Vaden of Statesboro has not apologized for their oversight and negligence nor have they agreed to any additional concessions for an issue that should have been caught well before I purchased the vehicle. I will continue to rate this dealership a one (1) on all surveys and recommend others stay as far away as possible. More

SERVICE VISIT

Dissappointing I dropped my car off this morning and was not greeted by a service technician, which is was 28 degrees so that is understandable. I told them that I I dropped my car off this morning and was not greeted by a service technician, which is was 28 degrees so that is understandable. I told them that I was leaving the vehicle with them and to call and let me know when it was ready and I would come get it. I had a low pressure warning on the rear driver's side tire so I asked them to check that and to do an oil change. I never received a phone call or voice message stating that my car was ready, much less a call to tell me that there was a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired because it was too close to the sidewall. I called the dealership at 11:45 a.m. to see if my car was ready and was told that it was. I asked why I was not notified, because that is out of the ordinary, and was told that it would be reported to "the higher power"!!??? When I arrived at the service center I was greeted by a very nice gentleman that was helping another customer but he assured me he would be right with me. Once he finished with that customer he began to process the paperwork for my car. He did not go over what was done to my car, what needed to be done, or even bring up the tire until I asked about it. When I asked why I was not contacted about the tire or that my car was ready there was no explanation and a "deer in the headlights" look. I asked to speak to a service manager and the gentleman left to get one. In the meantime, the gentleman that had helped me when I dropped off my car entered and asked could he help. I explained to him that I was not contacted about my car and he went on to tell me that he had tried to call me. I showed him my call history for the day and I did not have a missed call or the usual voice mail that is left when they contact the customer. The Service Manager entered and asked how he could help improve my visit and offered to reduce the price of the tire by $25. I told him that I would need to shop around and I would get back with him. He then walked me to my car, which was blocked in by another vehicle, and told me to have a good day. He did not offer to move the vehicle that was blocking me in nor did he ask if I could manage to get out of the parking spot. I had to reverse and pull forward numerous times before I was able to get out of the parking spot. I have never had any issues with the service department and I was in shock that my service was as crappy as it was today. I always get asked to rate them at a 10 because anything less is failing but I honestly think that there is always room for improvement and Nissan should not be pushing customers to give them 10s. I have also asked three other tire specialist and they say the tire can be repaired no problem, so this makes me feel that Nissan was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. Very Dissatisfied and if asked to rate the service I received today, the response will be a 1. I do not want to take my vehicle anywhere else to have the service performed but if this continues I will not be using the service department or purchasing any more vehicles from Vaden Nissan. More

SALES VISIT - NEW

New truck round 4 Worst experience of my life. Bought brand new titan xd platinum reserve. Noticed the rear box light was cracked before I took it home. Dealership said Worst experience of my life. Bought brand new titan xd platinum reserve. Noticed the rear box light was cracked before I took it home. Dealership said they will replace it and that’s were the problems start. Brought it to them after a week they said it is good to go. Came to pick it up and noticed inside of cab covered in grease they apologized and said bring it back up one day and they will clean it. Ok fair enough so I take it home. At home I was curious so I crawled into bed and looked at light were I found huge scratches through the paint on top of the cab. Back to the dealership it goes. They keep it for another week and a half. Get the truck back and scratches are fixed but cab is covered in dirty hand prints again, piece of trim is hanging down from rear head liner and plastic rivets are in floor board. Manager came out and had someone put trim back together and gave me the same story about bring it back and they would clean it. Now I have truck home and actually get to enjoy it until it starts raining. The roof of the truck starts pouring water into it. New vehicle interior soaked. Back to dealership and without truck two more weeks. Get truck back finally and get to actually drive what I’m paying for. Time goes by and I come up on first oil change so I bring it in. They change oil and say they rotated the tires but I need to have fuel filter changed, ok please take care of that while it’s there. We have to order it and you will have to bring it back. Not a fan but whatever so I go to pick it up. When I get there same dirty hand prints as always but I notice none on my tires that they supposedly rotated. So I asked if they rotated tires. Yes sir absolutely. I brought manager out to look at truck. He agreed tires had not been touched so he pulled mechanic. Mechanic said he didn’t have time to do it. But you signed that it was done. Ridiculous. I take the truck without rotation or fuel filter. Later replace fuel filter myself along with rotating the tires. Ok more time goes by an I need an alignment so against my better judgement I take it to good ole Vaden. It’s there over night and next day I haven’t heard anything so I call. Yes sir we aligned your truck but when we tried to update software in the truck per Nissan we burnt up your engine computer. What!!!!! We are not sure how long it will take to get a new one. I brought it for an alignment. Oh sorry for the confusion we can’t align that truck either. OMG I think I’m being punked or something but no they are for real. Two more days go by and I get a call saying truck is all done. Ok??? Just a misunderstanding. Alright so they bring it to me at work and it just so happened to be raining. I come out to meet the guy and swap keys and I open truck up to look inside and water is pouring out of the head liner into the back seat. The grabbed keys apologized and took my truck back to the dealership where it still is now. How can you run a business like this? I’ve never had to deal with something like this in my life. More
